View our service areas ↗Acrylic or sand and cement render: which should I choose?+
The best system depends on the wall, its condition, exposure and the finish you want. Acrylic systems can offer greater flexibility; traditional cement render can suit sound masonry. We assess the substrate before recommending an approach.
How much does rendering cost?+
Wall area is only part of the price. Surface repairs, access, scaffolding, height, detailing and the coating system affect the scope. Arrange a site assessment for a written quote specific to your property.
Can you render over existing painted walls?+
Sometimes, but only after assessing the existing coating and adhesion. Unsound material may need to be removed and the surface prepared to suit the specified system.
Do you work with homeowners and builders?+
Yes. Render and Finish provides rendering and exterior finishing for residential and commercial projects, including renovations and new construction.
Which areas do you service?+
Our priority regions are Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Central Coast, with enquiries welcome from Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Gosford, Wyong and surrounding areas. We also welcome enquiries from Sydney and other NSW locations. Contact us to confirm availability for your address.
